Bringing over 15 years of global recruiting, head hunting, and talent acquisition experience to the greater Appalachian region, and filling roles from entry level to the C-Suite in aerospace & defense, software, gaming, insurance, high-tech, manufacturing makes her a “jack-of-all-trades” able to work efficiently and transparently. Her goal with Appalachian Talent Acquisition is to bring personal relationships and humanity back to recruiting and headhunting with a clarity, personality and realistic expectations for everyone involved.

I’m a Miniature Schnauzer, born on Christmas 2019, and went to my forever home in March 2020. I was born in Virginia, moved to Charlotte, NC; Orlando, FL; and now live in East Tennessee. I’m almost always within arm’s reach of Mom (Sarah), and I help her keep her desk clear of snacks, crumbs and paper.
